    Qualifications and Skills

    • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

    • Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office applications
    • Ability to handle a high volume of guests and stressful situations
    • Familiarity with local attractions and transportation options
    • Previous experience in a hotel receptionist role is preferred

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel and ensure a smooth check-in process
    • Manage reservations and room assignments, and handle guest inquiries
    • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
    • Handle billing and payment transactions accurately
    • Assist with coordinating guest requests and special arrangements
    • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
    • Keep track of room availability and communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
    • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
