The Restaurant Floor Controller is responsible for inventory and stock control, procurement and vendor coordination, hygiene safety compliance. They must maintain daily stock records monitor expiry dates reduce wastage coordinate with vendors report shortages excess stock or damaged items to management ensure proper storage conditions follow FSSAI hygiene and food safety SOPs maintain cleanliness of store racks chillers freezers support internal audits inspections.
