    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role as a Content & Community Manager within the field of Marketing, located in Chhatarpur, South Delhi. The role requires a hands-on approach, including desk work, work-from-home and on-site coordination for content creation. The Content & Community Manager will be responsible for creating digital content in line with ReThought's overall marketing strategy. The candidate will be primarily responsible for the following:

    Content Production:

    -Brainstorm, plan, and execute GenZ-focused content pieces like Stories, Reels, Shorts, Lives, video podcasts & more with a laser focus on viral content marketing.

    -Regularly film engaging content in various locations and public spaces in Delhi (Thrift stores, flea markets, head-office, pop up events etc.).

    -Create community based content like Q&As & fun challenges by interacting with the general public, store visitors and customers.

    -Act and emote in front of the camera to recreate viral social media trends and styling content (GRWM, OOTD etc.).

    Maintain & Manage a Content Calendar:

    -Brainstorm fresh content ideas and marketing campaigns regularly, in line with the brand's content pillars.

    -Schedule content on social media platforms.

    Community Management & Engagement:

    -Monitor and manage comments, DMs and other social media interactions and respond promptly to enquiries.

    -Manage communication and updates within the WhatsApp community.

    Create Marketing Material:

    Use Canva to create compelling material like banners, flyers, presentations, website graphics, posters & more, in alignment with the brand's aesthetics.

    Assist with PR, Events & Pop-Ups:

    -Help plan and organise exhibitions, pop-ups and events and provide assistance and support during these events.

    -Network and contribute to PR efforts, when required.

    Fulfil key marketing-related projects:

    Research, brainstorm and execute projects, campaigns and strategies to achieve the brand's marketing goals.

    Qualifications and requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in content creation for fashion and lifestyle companies or a self-owned brand
    • Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Hindi (verbal)
    • Should be able to create attractive visuals on Canva
    • Should be comfortable traveling within Delhi to create content
    • Must enjoy being in front of the camera and take pride in styling themselves well
    • Superior editing skills using mobile editing apps like Inshot, Filmora etc.

    Bonus skills we're looking for:

    • Passion for fashion, thrifting and/or sustainability
    • Knowledge of WhatsApp and/or Facebook performance marketing
    • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana

    Salary and Perks:

    This role comes with a lot of creative freedom and leadership opportunities as you will be working closely with the founders as a member of the core team. You'll be able to build your own hybrid work schedule, based on the workload at hand. The salary offered for this role will be in the range of LPA depending on the candidate's experience and skills.
