Role Overview
We are looking for a
Creative Director – Content & Creatives
who can lead brand storytelling, ensure narrative consistency, and drive high-impact creative execution across all marketing and communication channels.
This role will bridge
strategy, content, and design
, ensuring all brand communication delivers a unified and powerful brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Content Leadership
- Define and maintain brand narrative, tone, and storytelling framework
- Ensure consistency across campaigns, digital content, and brand communication
- Lead concept development for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Translate business and marketing goals into strong creative direction
Content & Creative Strategy
- Oversee content strategy across digital, social, and marketing platforms
- Guide content, design, and media teams for integrated campaign execution
- Approve final creative outputs ensuring quality and brand alignment
- Drive innovation in visual storytelling and content formats
Team Collaboration & Management
- Work closely with marketing, branding, and leadership teams
- Mentor content writers, designers, and creative teams
- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and production teams (if required)
Campaign & Performance Ownership
- Ensure creative assets support marketing performance goals
- Monitor engagement, brand recall, and campaign effectiveness
- Optimize content and creative approach based on performance insights
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, content leadership, or creative direction
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content + creative campaign thinking
- Strong understanding of digital content, branding, and storytelling
- Experience leading cross-functional creative teams
- Strong aesthetic sense, brand understanding, and trend awareness
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
