    ABOUT THIS JOBThe Associate Client Solutions Architect role is responsible to ensure all client deliverables with high quality and timelines.

    This role will be a bridge between NielsenIQ & clients from multiple industries, it will also be a center of communication between all NielsenIQ Operations & clients in terms of client specificity & queries handling

    Shift Timing: 5 PM to 2:30 AM (Work from Office)Additional Perks included

    RESPONSIBILITIESInterface between the Operations and Client.

    Responsible for the timely provision of resolution to client queries based on the agreed service level to highest possible qualityResponsible for resolving client queries using defined processes while ensuring clear and transparent communicationNeeds to work with Dynamic tickets, driving resolutions and ensuring completion from responsible teams.

    Accountable for implementation and responsible for the coordination of BAU change requests, including validation.

    Update and maintain project documentation to ensure the highest quality deliverablesRole to collaborate with; Commercial teams, Operation teams and Client business teams.

    A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUA successful Associate Client Solutions Architect ensures timely and with quality deliverables for the client. This role is a bridge between operation & clients for all types of industries like (e.g. Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). S/he is expected to identify, investigate and co-ordinate the resolution of data, process or product related queries and also be the point of contact for commercial queries which also needs to be solved in an efficient and client focused manner

    QUALIFICATIONBachelors Any Graduate, preference given to Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, BBA - For Band 8 (Associate Client Solutions Architect)


    French language Certification2-3 years of International operational experienceUnderstanding of Nielsen products and RMS + CPS processUnderstanding of RMS technology platforms and solutions usedOperations knowledgeProficient in Google platforms of collaborations/ MS office tools/ NAD/ Advisor / Nielsen Insight Studio as a userUnderstanding of DynamicsFMCG knowledgeExposure to Nielsen data is a plusRelevant TCS experience- 1 year and above (Band 8)Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in a team and meet deadlinesA high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detailGood analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processesProject management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.)
