    Assistant Manager - CRM / CT

    What will you do?

    • Proficiency in MS Office applications specifically Excel, and past experience on working in one or more of such tools (Clever tap, webengage, Moengage etc).
    • Manage, execute and measure the performance of SMS, Push notifications and whatsapp campaigns.
    • Inquisitive, Demonstrated a steep learning curve and ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment.
    • Well versed with common CRM and marketing tools. Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited direct supervision.
    • Preferably has experience in managing customer life cycle, retention, CRM activities for internet consumer business.
    • The position requires a hands-on person who is flexible, hard-working and able to work well under pressure.
