    Role: Associate Product Manager- CAMSPay

    Profile: Associate Product Manager for Payment Business – Full-Time

    Location: Chennai (On-site)

    Experience: 3 to 7 Years

    CAMSPay specializes in addressing payment challenges faced by Mutual Funds, Insurance Providers, and Non-Banking Finance Companies. As Payment Aggregator we are enabling seamless payment acceptance using various payment methods for the last 13 years.

    We are looking for a self-starter, motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team in challenging work environment with loads of fun

    Key Responsibilities:

    Your role at CAMSPay will be to help drive the product and improve the payment experience for our customers.

    The job involved as Jr Product Manager includes as follows, but not limited to:

    • Requirement gathering, documenting as complete Business Requirement Document, Designing workflow, user journey.
    • Innovating and enriching payment acceptance using various payment methods including NACH, UPI, Cards and Net Banking
    • Market research and deep dive into customer real need and problems
    • Work with business, technology, and marketing to lead the product rollouts
    • Managing end to end product roadmap (Ideation to Product launch and life cycle management and backlog by communicating to all the stakeholders in the process
    • Driving Banks/ Acquiring partnerships for win -win engagements
    • Leveraging available data to understand the product performance and hands on experience with data management and reporting
    • Deliver compelling product presentations, proposals and demonstrations that engages internal & external audiences

    Requirements:

    • 3 to 7 years experience in Product Management either in Fintech or Banking industry with digital payment and merchant acquiring product exposure.
    • Strong understanding of payment aspects with proven experience in managing the product development
    • Hands-on experience with Figma, Invision, and other tools will be an added advantage.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and work independently in fast-changing fintech industry.
    • Master/Undergraduate degree in computer/business
