- Requirement gathering, documenting as complete Business Requirement Document, Designing workflow, user journey.
- Innovating and enriching payment acceptance using various payment methods including NACH, UPI, Cards and Net Banking
- Market research and deep dive into customer real need and problems
- Work with business, technology, and marketing to lead the product rollouts
- Managing end to end product roadmap (Ideation to Product launch and life cycle management and backlog by communicating to all the stakeholders in the process
- Driving Banks/ Acquiring partnerships for win -win engagements
- Leveraging available data to understand the product performance and hands on experience with data management and reporting
- Deliver compelling product presentations, proposals and demonstrations that engages internal & external audiences
- 3 to 7 years experience in Product Management either in Fintech or Banking industry with digital payment and merchant acquiring product exposure.
- Strong understanding of payment aspects with proven experience in managing the product development
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Invision, and other tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and work independently in fast-changing fintech industry.
