CSR Activities:
Milestones to be mandatorily met:
Financial Year ending March 31 st Completion of CSR obligation(spending).
May Reporting to the CSR Committee of the 3MIndia Board.
July Annual report Publishing.
Nov Half yearly report to the CSR Committee of the 3M IndiaBoard.
All the above are statutory obligations and mustbe met in full.
Expected work experience: 34 years ofwork experience in a CSR role for midsize company
(Approx CSR Budget < 7 CR)
Detailed RoleDescription:
Strategy Operationalization
Support CSR Manager in operationalizing CSR strategy around threefocus areas
Education Community Environment.
Ideate with Sattva on new programmes as per CSR strategy SkillingInnovation
Challenge.
Monitor progress of CSRprograms through monthly connects with NGOs and Sattva.
Develop Impact framework for each program and track metrics on anannual basis.
Financial management andreporting
Manage CSR budget for all entities of 3M inIndia eligible under CSR obligation 3M
India Limited 3MElectro & Communications Pvt. Ltd and 3M Samco. (Budget for2024
will range between $1 million and $1.3 million willbe finalized in May after conclusion
of the Indiafinancial year).
Support the CSR Manager in providingupdates on the progress of CSR initiatives to the
3MIndia Board of Directors twice in a financial year November andMay.
Compile CSR reports for 3M India Annual reports andother reports specified by MCA
(Ministry of CorporateAffairs) this is extensive and time consuming.
Stakeholder Management &Communications
Manage relationships with NGOs CSR agencyand Internal CSR Committee.
Identify impact stories forinternal and external storytelling.
Provide updates orconduct CSR Committee meetings to review and update on
proposals and seek approval on new programs.
Employee volunteering
Identify volunteeringopportunities in CSR programs to drive employeevolunteering.
Lead and organize Equity in Action Dayactivities for 3M employees in India.
Grantmanagement
Lead CSR disbursement process and completecompliance processes like Integrity
Assessments GEMSCrequests for timely disbursements of grants tononprofits.
Prepare and review drafts of MOUs agreementsand amendments of agreements in
consultation withLegal.
