Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Leader & Project Manager(or Scrum Master). The candidate will be responsible for leading technical development, creating project plans, organizing and leading Scrum meetings, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

10+ Years Experience in Laravel, ie a core PHP technology & Project Management

Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA

Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certified Practitioner are a plus

Bachelors/Master's degree in Engg with 5+ Years of coding experience
