    Job description:-

    • The Contract Manager shall support the in performing the post-award contract administration of the MEP design services Contracts, aligned to the objectives & governing policies of the Client.

    Responsibilities:-

    • Draft contractual letters, Notices, response to clients time & cost claims.
    • Manage variations/ Changes to the Contract.
    • Work towards development of procedures and best practices relating to Contract Administration.
    • Review Insurances & Guarantees to be submitted at the time of pre award or post award to ensure compliance with the requirement of the Contract.
    • Coordinate with representatives of other functional groups and other project and stakeholders.
    • The coverage and responsibilities above are representative of the nature and are not necessarily all-inclusive.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree Mechanical or Electrical.
    • Working Experience and a good level of understanding of MEP design services /EPC Contracts.
    • Overall experience post degree should be more than15 years. Of which a minimum of 7 years experience in post-award contract administration with client facing roles.
    • Experience in contract administration preferably in building design projects.
    • Knowledge of administering standard form as well as bespoke contracts
    • Knowledge of Indian Acts & regulations applicable to construction contracts.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills required
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work at all organizational levels required.
