    Description

    Position: Finance Controller

    Work Location: Mysore, Karnataka (State), India.

    Experience: 15 to 20 years

    Qualification: CA (+CS preferred)

    Job profile:

    Oversee financial operations across the company. Adhering to accounting standards, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring compliance.


    • Technical Accounting Guidance:

    o Prepare financials ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IND AS).


    • Financial Reporting and Analysis:

    o Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and get them audited. Collaborate with the Financial Planning & Analysis to analyze budget-to-actual variances.


    • Internal Controls and Assessments:

    o Responsible for Internal audit and to build a risk and compliance framework for the organisation.


    • Tax Compliance:

    o Manage direct and indirect tax matters. Timely preparation of all related tax filings.


    • General Ledger Systems/ERP:

    o Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, and employee expense reports. Be conversant with SAP HANA ERP.


    • Financial Health and Reporting:

    o Take total ownership of the financial health and reporting for the company.


    • Team Management:

    o Supervise and develop the finance team needed for listed public company.

    Experience:


    • Proven excellence in financial accounting, forecasting, and analysis.


    • Background working in electronic manufacturing is a plus.
