A dayin therole:

As aPing Access and Federate Consultant youll collaborate with clientsto design tailored IAM solutions. Throughout the day youllcollaborate with diverse teams troubleshoot system performance leadAgile projects and mentor junior analysts. Your expertise willensure seamless access and have a positive impact on clientssecurity.

WhatYoullDo:

• Developand maintain Access Management solutions implemented for clientsusing Ping Identitys products such as PingFederate PingAccess andPingDirectory
  
• Provideexpertise on authentication authorization federation and usermanagement using technologies such as SAML OAuth OpenID Connect andLDAP
  
• Workclosely with clients to understand their requirements and providesolutions that meet their needs such as integrating ForgeRockproducts into complex environments such as cloudbased or hybridenvironments
  
• Participatein project planning scoping and estimation using Agilemethodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and project management toolssuch as JIRA orTrello
  
• Providetechnical assistance during implementation testing and productionsupport using programming languages such as Java JavaScript orPython and scripting languages such as Bash orPowerShell
  
• Trainand mentor junior analysts on ForgeRock products providingknowledge transfer on product features deployment andtroubleshootingtechniques
  

Requirements

WhatYoullBring:

• 79years of experience in PingIdentity Access Management / IdentityGateway / IdentityCloud
  
• Strongunderstanding of Identity and Access Management concepts andtechnologies
  
• Strongtroubleshooting and problemsolving skills with experience in loganalysis and system performancetuning
  
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills with experience indocumenting solutions and providing training to technical andnontechnicalaudiences
  
• Abilityto work independently and as part of a team with experience incollaborating with crossfunctional teams in a globalenvironment
  
• Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Systems or any relatedfield
  
• Experiencewith other IAM technologies such as CyberArk SailPoint orSaviynt
  
• Relevantcertifications such as PingIdentity Certified ProfessionalPingFederate /PingAccess
  
• Experiencein DevOps methodologies and tools such as Git Jenkins Ansible orDocker
