- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in electric vehicle (EV) service
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle technology, battery systems, and EV diagnostics
- Proven experience in managing and leading a service team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry
- Knowledge of sales management and customer service principles
- Familiarity with battery separator systems will be an added advantage
- Lead and manage the electric vehicle (EV) service department
- Ensure efficient and effective service operations, including vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Oversee the service team and ensure they are adequately trained and equipped to meet customer needs
- Implement and improve service processes and procedures to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and engineering, to provide technical support and resolve customer issues
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall service experience
- Stay updated on the latest EV technology advancements and industry trends
- Manage service-related budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Maintain accurate service records and generate reports as required
