    Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in electric vehicle (EV) service
    • Strong knowledge of electric vehicle technology, battery systems, and EV diagnostics
    • Proven experience in managing and leading a service team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry
    • Knowledge of sales management and customer service principles
    • Familiarity with battery separator systems will be an added advantage

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the electric vehicle (EV) service department
    • Ensure efficient and effective service operations, including vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
    • Oversee the service team and ensure they are adequately trained and equipped to meet customer needs
    • Implement and improve service processes and procedures to optimize efficiency
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and engineering, to provide technical support and resolve customer issues
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall service experience
    • Stay updated on the latest EV technology advancements and industry trends
    • Manage service-related budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
    • Maintain accurate service records and generate reports as required
