- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in a Learning & Development role, with a significant and demonstrable focus on behavioral and soft-skills training.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral change interventions.
- Spearhead the full-cycle facilitation and direct hands-on delivery of all core behavioral training programs
- Partner with HR Business Partners, department heads, and senior leadership to conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) focused on identifying critical behavioral skill gaps
- Design, deliver, and manage high-impact behavioral training programs for employees across the organization, with a specific focus on areas like leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
- Orchestrate and Execute dynamic, high-energy behavioural workshops (virtual and in-person) for diverse audience groups, ensuring maximum learner participation and application of new skills.
- The role requires a flexible work schedule to accommodate global teams or various shifts, potentially including early mornings, evenings, or compressed work weeks as required for delivery.
- Fluency in modern instructional design models
- Bachelor's degree is must in one of the following fields: - Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a closely related discipline.
