    Located in the heart of Worli, the business hub of India's largest city, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is a chic urban oasis with an intimate, boutique atmosphere. Our hotel echoes 'Powerhouse Luxury' in the city that never sleeps, offering unparalleled food and beverage options, including award-winning rooftop bars and pan-Asian restaurants.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide initial responses to membership inquiries and inform House Committee of new applications
    • Collate and update confidential membership information and records
    • Administer regular membership surveys and implement effective direct sales call patterns
    • Prospect and solicit via telemarketing and cold calling, producing creative proposals and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner
    • Evaluate and confirm business to meet individual goals and revenue targets
    • Maintain strategic account management plans and conduct property tours with potential clients
    • Foster relationships with customers in-house and promote goodwill and repeat business
    • Coordinate with other department heads to ensure quality guest satisfaction
    • Follow up on confirmed business and assist in planning projects to increase sales activity and volume

    Requirements

    • Ensure a complete working knowledge of the local competition
    • Report monthly against plan/goal
    • Keep the Director of Marketing informed of problems or unusual matters of significance
    • Participate in sales meetings and industry organizations to represent the hotel

    Compensation and Benefits

    We offer a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and development.
