Job Title: Integration and Release Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Integration and Release Manager to lead the integration and release processes for our automotive software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, integration, and release management.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage integration and release strategies, plans, and schedules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
Oversee the build and deployment processes, ensuring consistency and reliability.
Manage version control and configuration management systems.
Conduct integration testing and troubleshoot integration issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, AUTOSAR).
Document integration and release processes, results, and best practices.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to the integration team.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of releases.

Mandatory Skills:

Integration and release management.
Middleware components integration expertise.
RTOS/QNX.
Version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
Configuration management tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).
Build and deployment processes.
Integration testing.
Documentation.
Cross-functional collaboration.
Leadership and mentorship.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Knowledge of embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS, QNX).
Understanding of Agile methodology.
Experience with software development and testing processes.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles in automotive applications.
Familiarity with cloud-based integration and release tools.
Understanding of vehicle network architectures (e.g., Ethernet, CAN FD).
Automotive standards and regulations (ISO 26262, AUTOSAR).
Familiarity with Smoke tests, robustness tests, Stability tests, release tests.
