    HR & Social Media Manager - Part time /Full time


    We are seeking a versatile and experienced individual to join our team as a Human Resources and Social Media Manager.


    This dual-role position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage both HR functions and social media platforms to enhance our organization's brand image and employee engagement.


    The ideal candidate will have a passion for both HR practices and digital marketing, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.


    Responsibilities:

    Human Resources:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
    • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and orientation.

    Social Media Management:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance the organization's online presence and brand reputation.
    • Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube .
    • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.
    • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and drive engagement.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
    • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve the organization's social media presence.
