- Revenue Growth: Measure the percentage increase in agency revenue year-over-year.
- Client Retention Rate: Track the percentage of returning clients, aiming for an industry-leading retention rate.
- New Client Acquisition: Count the number of new clients acquired per quarter and the increase in market penetration in targeted sectors.
- Project Delivery Efficiency: Monitor the percentage of projects delivered on time and within budget.

- Bachelors degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
- A masters degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- At least five years of relevant experience as a Key Accounts Manager in Digital Marketing Space with the last few years as a Head of Business.
- Strong B2B Networking skills
- Proficiency in managing growth and generating leads on platforms like LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Strong B2B liaising experience.
