    Human Resources Business Partner


    Position Overview

    As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the development and well-being of our employees. The HR BP will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR matters, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    Responsibilities:

    Strategic HR Partnership:

    - Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.

    - Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.

    Employee Relations:

    - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee relations issues and concerns.

    - Conducting and Organizing Employee engagement related activities such as Ramp; Ramp; Other fun activities.

    - Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

    - Provide coaching to managers on performance-related matters.

    Talent Management and retention:

    - Offering various program where employees retention can be better

    - Ensuring New Joinee amp; Resigned Employee related documentation on our HRMS tool.

    Change Management:

    - Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance to employees and leaders during periods of change.

    - Assist in the development and execution of change management plans.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    - Analyze HR data to identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and contribute to HR metrics reporting.

    - Utilize HRIS systems to manage and maintain employee records.

    Qualifications:

    - Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree and HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.

    - 4+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnership.

    - Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

    - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
