We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full stack ReactJS Developer & .NET with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the ReactJS library.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, UI/UX principles, and be well-versed in building scalable and responsive web applications.

Mandatory Skills - ReactJS & Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to translate design concepts into high-quality and efficient code.

• Develop new userfacing features using ReactJS and other modern frontend technologies.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and advancements in ReactJS and frontend development.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers in the team.
• Work closely with the product management team to understand and refine project requirements.
• Should be well verse with Mono Repo & Microfrontend Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in ReactJS development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack and Babel.
• Experience in optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers.
• Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Enzyme.
• Knowledge of serverside rendering and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
