JobDescription:

Part of your rolewill also include managing a team to deliver a broad range ofimprovement activities. You will lead motivate develop and managethe teams performance building a highcaliber and engaged team withthe skills and capabilities needed to deliver the requiredresults.

To be considered for this role you mustbe able to show where you were accountable for the strategicsupport project management and delivery of business transformationcovering different business functions in commercial and operationalenvironments. You will have a commercial mindset and will beresponsible for proactively identifying cost savings andimprovements in line with the businessstrategy.

Any experience working in a regulatedenvironment would bebeneficial.

• Ensuring that the work processcomplies with the standardizedframework;

• Keeping abreast of industrystandards andregulations.

JobRequirement:

• Around 12years of relevant experience in Business Excellence BusinessTransformation or Operational Excellence (OpEx)background;
• Knowledge in ProjectManagement;
• Motivational and strong leadershipabilities;
• Proficiency in Data Analyticsincluding JavaScript and Power BI (Strong in using Power BI is anadvantage);
• Experience in Quality Control andQuality Development;
• From 1 year of experiencein Quality or Operation BPO ispreferred;
• Ability to identify and driveimprovements at different levels;
• Exceptionalcommunication and people skills;
• Stakeholdersmanagement experience;
• Cost saving andrealization;
• Proactive and able to create anddevelop networks across work centers andteams;
• Able to work without supervision tochallenging deadlines;
• Demonstrated excellentdata analysis skills with strong logical thinking mindset; abilityto organize and analyze data in a structured manner to createoperational reports;
• Willingness to travel asrequired.
