    Description

    Job Description - Oracle HCM Consultant (Functional)

    Location : WFH/Remote (initially remote but the consultant should be ready to travel to Dubai and : 6+ years


    Duration : 3 Months


    Modules : OTL, Absence & Fast Formula, US Payroll, Talent, Learn and Comp, Benefits, Absence & ORC, UK Payroll


    Key Roles and Responsibilities :

    • Must understand the Global HR module along with at least one other module (preferably Payroll, Absence, Talent, Helpdesk, Time and Labour or Recruitment).
    • Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module, Preferred to have knowledge & experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
    • Must have experience in migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environment.
    Requirements :
    • Preferred to have Oracle Cloud certified in at least 1 HCM module (preferably Payroll, Absence, Talent, Helpdesk, Time and Labor or Recruitment)
    • Must have worked on at least two implementation projects
    • Must be able to manage customer facing role
    • Must be comfortable to travel as per business needs
    • Must be flexible to work in different time-zone as per client meeting schedules
