- TenderPreparation:
- Leadthe preparation of comprehensive bid packages for tenders ensuringall technical and commercial documentation is accurate andcompelling.
- Analyze tender documentsto understand and evaluate project risks requirements anddeliverables.
- Coordinate with legalfinancial and technical teams to ensure that bids are compliantwith all statutory and regulatoryrequirements.
- Prepare and review thecommercial aspects of the bid ensuring all financial information isclear and correctlydetailed.
- Leadthe preparation of comprehensive bid packages for tenders ensuringall technical and commercial documentation is accurate andcompelling.
- Vendorand SubcontractorManagement:
- Maintaina detailed directory of suppliers contractors and subcontractorsensuring that all are evaluated based on performance price andreliability.
- Negotiate withsuppliers and subcontractors to secure the s and contractterms.

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical) or a Diploma inMechanical Engineering.
