    Qualifications and Skills

    • Previous experience in a customer service role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
    • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
    • Fluent in English and Hindi
    • Experience in international customer care is a plus
    • Collection development experience is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
    • Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our services
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
    • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department
    • Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality customer service
    • Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
    • Meet and exceed individual and team targets
