    Key Responsibilities:

    • Optimising Oasis website pages for highranked visibility on Google & other search engines for keywords across the marketing funnel.
    • Managing locationwise Google My Business listings, languagewise content marketing campaigns, analyzing & maximising inbound/organic lead flow from search engines, YouTube & Google Maps.
    • Owning & managing the inbound marketing funnel through SEO.
    • Create wireframes, plan the structure, Implement new trends, and integrate available generative AI, and UX tools for better lead flow through landing pages.
    • Run multiple keyword ranking strategies, and organic answers on Q&A platforms like Quora etc.
    • Maintain weekly performance reports, present insights to stakeholders and optimise strategy based on business needs at different locations & offers and forecast trends per macro and platform level events.
    • Synced up with other performance marketing managers & agencies to maintain consistency in offerings, brand positioning and messaging.
    • Managing agency relationships and aligning multiple agency teams based in different locations.
    • Maintain & verify billing, agreements & other administrative tasks on content marketing campaigns.

    Tools:

    • Experience with GA4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and website heatmap analysis.
    • Must maintain current certifications with Google Analytics Academy.
    • Excellent with Google Sheets
    • Handson experience with SEMrush and other Seo AI tools.
    • Working knowledge of martech stacks like Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM etc.

    Ideal (Spec) Candidate Profile:

    • 5+ years of experience in SEO (search engine optimization), including Google organic search results, keyword building, ethical link building, Backlink Analysis, content writing strategies, etc.
    • Worked at the agency as well as the brand/client side.
    • Currently working closely with business teams to chase targets and deliver highROI campaigns.
    • A marketing or computer science graduate with good analytical & communication skills.
    • Has a knack for numbers, bordering OCD and a decent understanding of macroeconomic situations and business needs.
