    Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Riga Foods. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with food preparation and production in the kitchen, including overseeing a specific section, coordinating with other kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and assisting in menu planning and recipe development. The role requires creativity, culinary skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Expertise :- Continental , Italian and European Cuisine

    Role Description :-

    1. Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues.
    2. Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
    3. Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
    4. Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes
    5. Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
    6. Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
    7. Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Company.
    8. Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
    9. Have excellent knowledge of menu creation, whilst maintaining quality and controlling costs in a volume food business.
    10. Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis.

    Requirements :-

    • Experience in food preparation and production
    • Knowledge of international cuisines and culinary techniques
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Ability to work effectively in a team
    • Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
    • Experience in menu planning and recipe development
