About the Role

This role is an opportunity to join our field team and contribute to the success of our organization.

• Work Experience: 1 year in Microfinance field work, Accounting, and proficiency in Excel are required.
• Evaluative Resources: You will be responsible for formulating resources to guide your fieldwork, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Delivery Site Inspection: As a Field Officer, you will inspect delivery sites to assess the appropriateness of current conditions and identify areas for improvement.
• Beneficiary Engagement: You will confer with project beneficiaries and support staff to evaluate the effectiveness of our projects and identify areas for expansion.
• Data Collection: Collecting samples, where possible, for subsequent inspection and inputting data into suitable software.
• Data Analysis: Extracting and reporting on data-driven conclusions for each salient undertaking, providing valuable insights to inform our decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Work: Conduct field work in Microfinance, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Evaluative Resources: Formulate evaluative resources to guide your fieldwork, including reports, guidelines, and other relevant materials.
• Site Inspection: Inspect delivery sites to assess the appropriateness of current conditions and identify areas for improvement.
• Beneficiary Engagement: Engage with project beneficiaries and support staff to evaluate the effectiveness of our projects and identify areas for expansion.
• Data Management: Collect and manage data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and observations.

Requirements:

• Work Experience: 1 year in Microfinance field work, Accounting, and proficiency in Excel.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Finance.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
