    Description

    Role & responsibilities

    • Employer Service Helpdesk (Helpdesk Operator)
    • Resolve Queries through Software/tools (Attend calls)
    • Additional Trainings will be provided
    • Preparing reports
    • Excel- PowerBI

    Preferred candidate profile

    • Graduates (Any stream)
    • Fresher with good communication skills (AK) (good spoken English is mandatory)
    • Individuals with 6 months experience in customer service will be considered for the requirement.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
    • 6.30am - 3.30am
    • 9.30am - 6.30pm
    • 12.30pm - 9.30pm (Dinner will be provided)
    • 9.30pm - 6.30am (Dinner will be provided)
    • Shift timing will be fixed for 1 month

    Office Location - Goregaon (Mumbai)

    Week Offs: 1 week off (Roster will be shared for the same)

    Shift and Week off would remain constant for 1 month
