- Understanding requirements of clients for Hiring & other business purposes.
- Assist in identifying and attracting top talent by sourcing candidates, screening resumes,
- Responsible for Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
- Complete monitoring of the recruitment life cycle for the candidates for clients.
- Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
- Maintaining database of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.
- Accountable for Salary negotiation, Releasing Offer letters, Pre joining follow up both through electronic and telephonic mode to ensure joining of new recruits.
- Hand on Experience in Managing job portals like, Naukri(Resdex), Linked in, Shine, Monster. etc.
- Coordinating with the clients via calls & Emails & Maintaining good relationship with them.
- Candidates from similar background will be given preference
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and good telephonic manner
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs
- Energetic, confident, self - motivated and results oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills and good knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets and manage multiple tasks
- Good time management skills
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the team success
- Should have understand the business needs and requirements
