JobProfile:Designing anddeveloping L&D Dashboards on time and to specificationsdeveloping strategies keeping data reports upto date for any kindof audits. Should be able to generatedashboards for leadership team based on data analysed Business Unitwise. Should be able to effectively managerisks and highlight critical information s in terms of 0 MandaysNew Employee Onboarding SIP details and information missing thruany business units.
MIS Report generation& Database Management.
Analysis ofmonthly / weekly trainings and budget data identifying the issuesand the errors and work with the team to solve forthemMaintain reports & spreadsheetsfor historical data manage emailrequestsWork closely with Operations fordaily weekly & monthlyreportsProvide insights on existing data tointernal/external stakeholdersAbility tovalidate and identify issues on vendor relatedpayoutsExtracting of data into spreadsheetand preparing monthly consolidation of accounts using analyticaland excellent spreadsheet skillsPreparationof monthly Financial MIS (Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly /Annual)

Requirement:Minimumof 3 years work experience as Data AnalystExperience with data and dashboards forTraining or Induction Must have experiencewith LMS data. Professional certificationinto Business Analytics or StatisticsGood inMS Office especially good knowledge into Excel and Power BI is amust.
