    We are in search of an iOS developer to take charge of developing and maintaining applications for a variety of iOS devices, including smartphones and tablets. Your main responsibilities will revolve around building iOS applications and seamlessly integrating them with backend services. You will collaborate with a team of engineers working on different infrastructure layers, emphasizing the importance of teamwork, innovative design, and delivering top-notch products.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and create applications for the iOS platform
    • Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
    • Collaborate with a diverse team to conceptualize, design, and release new features
    • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, and troubleshoot bugs
    • Contribute to maintaining code quality, organization, and automation
    • Thoroughly test code to ensure reliability, including considering edge cases and usability
    • Address bug fixes and enhance application performance
    • Stay up-to-date with new technologies to enhance development efficiency

    Skills

    • Highly skilled in Objective-C or Swift (depending on project needs) and Cocoa Touch
    • Experience with iOS frameworks like Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
    • Proficient in offline storage, threading, and performance optimization
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs for connecting iOS applications with backend services
    • Understanding of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
    • Familiarity with Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
    • Preferably knowledgeable in low-level C-based libraries
    • Experience in performance and memory optimization using tools like Instruments and Shark
    • Knowledge of cloud message APIs and push notifications
    • Ability to benchmark and optimize code efficiently
    • Proficient in using code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN
    • Familiarity with continuous integration
