Role & Responsibilities:

v Build our digital marketing roadmap

v Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency

v Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare a budget

v Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction

v Oversee our social media accounts

v Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.

v Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

v Liaise with Product, Design, and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies

v Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals

v Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

v Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments

Requirements and skills

v Proven work experience of 8+ years as a Digital Marketing Head

v Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

v Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function

v Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices

v Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software Familiarity with web design.

v Excellent analytical and project management skills

v Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills

v BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or a relevant field
