• Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update comprehensive study material and test papers for NEET, JEE, and CET examinations, ensuring alignment with the latest syllabus and examination patterns.
• Teaching: Conduct engaging and interactive classes, both in-person and online, effectively conveying complex concepts in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.
• Student Assessment: Regularly assess student performance through quizzes, tests, and mock exams, providing personalized feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Mentorship: Act as a mentor to students, guiding them through academic challenges, stress management, and effective study techniques.
• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow faculty members and administrative staff to enhance the learning experience, including participating in training sessions and workshops.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement, adjusting teaching methods and materials accordingly.
• Parent Interaction: Engage with parents/guardians during meetings and presentations to discuss student progress, challenges, and ways to support their learning journey.

• A B.Tech/ Master's or higher degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in NEET, JEE, or CET exam preparation.
• Deep understanding of the exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies for NEET, JEE, and CET.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and platforms for online education.
