Role & responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and inventory liquidation targets.
- Drive pre-launch, launch, and sustenance sales for Retail, Commercial and Township projects.
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, competitor movements and demand dynamics in Delhi and NCR.
- Ensure timely achievement of sales targets and collection milestones.
2. Market & Business Development
- Leverage strong understanding of Delhi micro-markets to identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong networks with channel partners, brokers, investors and HNIs.
- Identify new sales channels and strategic alliances to expand market reach.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to drive performance excellence.
- Set clear KPIs and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure proper training, grooming and professional conduct of sales staff.
4. Channel Partner & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and real estate brokers.
- Drive channel engagement programs and incentive structures.
- Handle key negotiations with institutional buyers and large investors.
5. Customer Experience & Closing
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Ensure smooth site visits, client presentations, negotiations and deal finalization.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and present sales MIS, forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines and real estate compliance norms.
- Monitor receivables and coordinate with CRM and finance teams for collections.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred).
- 10-20 years of experience in real estate sales (Retail/Commercial / Township).
Preference:
- Must have worked in the Real estate market .
- Strong knowledge of Delhi/NCR micro-markets, pricing trends, buyer behaviour and competition.
