- Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics and Neonatology
- DM, DNB
- Valid license to practice as a Neonatologist
- 4-6 years of experience as a Neonatologist
- Extensive knowledge of neonatal care and medical treatments
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Fluency in Malayalam (local language) is preferred
- Passion for providing high-quality care to newborn infants
