    As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our HRMS SaaS products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions that drive efficiency and value for our clients.

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience of Implementation in the HR Tech space preferred.
    • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central or any HRMS is a plus.
    • Hands-on experience with Core HR modules required.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with a focus on employee data management, workforce planning, and talent management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities:

    • Product Strategy & Development: Assist in defining the product vision and strategy, keeping abreast of HRMS trends and market demands. Contribute to the product roadmap with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
    • Product Feedback & Improvement: Translate real-world experience from Employee Central implementations into actionable product improvements. Identify common customer pain points and closely work with the product and tech team to provide solutions through feature developments or product enhancements.
    • Content & Training Development: Use implementation knowledge to create user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation specifically for Employee Central related functionalities of our product
    • Requirement Analysis & User Experience: Gather and analyze user feedback to optimize workflows and user experience by collaborating with UX/UI team.
    • Compliance Considerations: Ensure product features comply with relevant HR regulations and data privacy laws when specific to Employee data management functionalities.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze adoption rates, usage patterns, and user feedback specific to Employee Central functionalities to identify the opportunities for product optimization.
    • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use insights to improve product strategy and positioning.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and priorities.
