    Position: Senior Manager -- Invoicing

    Position Overview: The Invoicing Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the invoicing process and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves managing a team responsible for generating invoices, reconciling accounts, and resolving billing discrepancies and ensuring successful implementation & transition to new billing system. The Invoicing Manager collaborates closely with various departments, including Finance, Sales, and Customer Service, to streamline invoicing operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage Invoicing Process: Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process for 15+ entities located across Asia, USA, and Europe, including invoice generation, distribution, and reconciliation.
    2. Supervise Invoicing Team: Lead and mentor a team of invoicing specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure productivity and accuracy.
    3. Ensure Timely Invoicing: Establish and maintain invoicing schedules to ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers and adherence to billing deadlines.
    4. Review Invoices for Accuracy: Review invoices prepared by the team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
    5. Address Billing Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with internal stakeholders and customers to reconcile accounts and resolve issues promptly.
    6. Maintain Billing Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records, including customer information, invoice history, and payment status, using accounting software or ERP systems.
    7. Implement Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline invoicing processes, improve efficiency, and enhance internal controls to mitigate risks of errors and fraud. Ensure successful implementation of invoicing process through Certinea and GP integration.
    8. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls related to invoicing.
    9. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other departments to address customer inquiries, resolve billing issues, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing billing function & team of billing specialists.
    3. Strong leadership and management skills.
    4. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
    5. Familiarity with billing software and systems.
    6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    8. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to billing and collections.
    9. Experience in Software industry billing is a plus.
    10. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
