    Our client a fast growing ecommerce brandbased in Sector 67 Gurgaon is looking for Assistant Manager D2C.Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in end to end Shopifywould be preferred.JobDescriptionTitle : Asst.Manager D2CKeyResponsibilities:
    • CategoryManagement: Assist in the development and executionof category strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Monitorand analyze category performance identifying opportunities forimprovement and growth.
    • ProductSelection: Work closely with the category team tocurate a compelling product assortment within multiple categories.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informedabout industry trends and customerpreferences.
    • PricingStrategy: Help establish competitive pricingstrategies that balance profitability with customer value.Regularly review and adjustpricing.
    • Positioning andMerchandising: Collaborate with the visualmerchandising team to ensure products are displayed effectivelyinstore. Develop creative merchandising strategies to enhanceproduct visibility and drivesales.
    • InventoryManagement: Assist in inventory planning andforecasting to maintain optimal stock levels. Work to minimizeoverstock and outofstocksituations.
    • Promotions andMarketing: Collaborate with the marketing team tocreate and implement promotional campaigns advertising and eventsto drive category sales and customerengagement.
    • BrandStrategy: Work closely with the Sales Head todevelop differentiated brand strategies that resonate with ourtarget audience and align with our overall companygoals.
    • VendorRelationships: Maintain strong relationships withvendors and suppliers negotiating terms and agreements to securefavorable terms and pricing.
    • DataAnalysis: Utilize data analytics and reporting toolsto track category performance identify trends and make datadrivendecisions to achieve categorygoals.
    Qualifications:
    • 2years of experience in retail or category management (preferably inthe realm of fem hygiene categories).
    • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
    • Proficiency in using data analysistools and software.
    • Knowledge of retailindustry trends and bestpractices.
