    About Position:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer to join our team at Persistent Systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of software development experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Objective-C for MacOS.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    The selected individual will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust endpoint agents for ITM/DLP on MacOS. They will be responsible for optimizing agent performance and scalability across diverse environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing efficient solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.

    As a member of our cross-functional team, the successful candidate will collaborate with architects, product managers, and other engineers to define and implement architectural designs and features. They will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

    Key Expertise:

    • Proven hands-on development experience with Objective-C for MacOS
    • In-depth knowledge of MacOS operating system internals
    • Advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges
    • Solid understanding of architectural design principles and best practices
    • Experience with Multi-Threading, IPC, and Networking
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
