    EXPERIENCE

    Duties you'll be entrusted with:

    • Initiate contact with potential customers to discuss how our products can meet their requirements.
    • Conduct meetings with clients, either in person at their offices or homes, to persuade them to purchase our products or subscribe to our services.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development.
    • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including emailing, cold calling, networking, social media, events,, and referrals.
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Negotiate and close deals with existing and prospective clients
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and address client concerns.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to manage and nurture the sales pipeline.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements.

    Basic Requirements

    • 5 years of relevant sales experience.
    • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets of min 1 to 2 crore sales.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Should have a proven network of existing clients
    • Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
    • Knowledge of the IT Services and Staffing industry is advantageous.
    • Self-motivated and ambitious with a drive to succeed.
