    Job Overview

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, handling financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, with a junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts or a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Proficiency in using Tally ERP and other accounting software
    • Experience with general ledgers and financial reporting
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Familiarity with income tax laws and regulations
    • Knowledge of auditing procedures

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain client accounts, including billing, invoicing, and collections
    • Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective account management
    • Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
    • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
    • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
