Job Description:-

• Candidate is responsible to make social media strategy for Maestro Realtek and implement it successfully to engage prospects and customers.

Strategic Focus

• 1. Own the online demand generation performance – including visitors, lead conversion. Optimize the overall experience to maximize the result.
• 2. Establish as expert and digital marketing thought leader focus on utilizing a portfolio of online marketing tactics such as SEM, SEO, display ads, Retargeting, Content Marketing and others to maximize the performance.

Operational focus

• 1. Coordinate with the Pre Sales team on defining the best leads and ensuring the proper follow-up.
• 2. Ongoing optimization of performance of all web pages and forms through ongoing testing.
• 3. Create and optimize successful digital campaigns based on data analysis, best practices and understanding of prospects and customer's feedback.
• 4. Ensure desired volume through online sales.
• 5. Plan and Implement the digital strategies for various brand associated with Maestro Realtek. 6. Perform website analysis including keywords research and mapping, copy, link structure, site architecture and page element.
• 7. Stay abreast of changes in online marketing and optimization environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjust business plans accordingly.
• 8. Management of key vendor and agency relationships.

Salary Range -

3.6 LPA to 6 LPA
