    Whatwill you do:

    Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understandadvertising goals target audiences and campaignobjectives.
    Conduct thoroughresearch on digital media landscape including audience demographicsplatform usage trends and emergingtechnologies.
    Developcomprehensive digital media plans that integrate various channelssuch as display social media search video and programmaticadvertising.
    Utilize audiencesegmentation and targeting tools to identify the most relevantaudiences for each campaign.
    Evaluate digital media opportunities and negotiate contracts andpricing with media vendors to optimize budgetallocation.
    Work closely withcreative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messagingthat align with campaignobjectives.
    Set campaign KPIs andperformance benchmarks and monitor and analyze campaign metrics tooptimize performance and ROI.
    Stay informed about industry trends new advertising technologiesand best practices to continuously improve campaignstrategies.
    Provide regularreporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders oncampaign performance and optimizationrecommendations.

    Requirements

    Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or arelated field.
    Previousexperience in digital media planning advertising or marketing rolespreferably in an agencyenvironment.
    Strong understandingof digital advertising platforms and technologies including adserving DSPs DMPs and trackingtools.
    Proficiency in digitalmedia planning and buying tools and platforms such as Google AdsFacebook Ads Manager DV360 and GoogleAnalytics.
    Analytical mindsetwith the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights tooptimize campaign performance.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability toarticulate complex ideas clearly andpersuasively.
    Strong projectmanagement skills with the ability to multitask and prioritizetasks in a fastpaced environment.
    Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a focus ondriving results and achieving campaignobjectives.
    Knowledge of emergingdigital media trends technologies and bestpractices.
