    Job Role Vision:

    You will be responsible for increasing revenue through new clients and contracts, and generating new opportunities in cloud sales.

    Job Purpose:

    Secure new clients and contracts to generate sales and revenue.

    Key Result Areas:

    • Achieve budgeted individual targets and collective targets of the sales team for Cloud sales.
    • Generate a new database and mine existing databases, conduct market research, and leverage referrals.
    • Maintain a strong sales funnel and prepare customized proposal presentations to provide strategies and solutions.
    • Manage a team of 3-10 across all zones and oversee overall targets for new sales, portfolio, and revenue.
    • Establish strategic partnerships or alliances with online and offline channel partners and resellers to increase sales.
    • Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure sales and on-ground execution.
    • Have experience in corporate sales and solution selling with a good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
    • Conduct market studies to map competition, gather market intelligence, and analyze market share.
    • Achieve budgeted individual and collective targets of the sales team for respective products and services.
    • Build a seeding database from internal and external data sources.
    • Develop and implement strategies based on keen market insights and market needs.

    Requirements:

    • Have 3-5 years of experience in a business environment in a Cloud sales-oriented industry.
    • Develop strong relationships to build an industry or functional network.
    • Demonstrate personal and business maturity leading to confident and rational business decisions.
    • Exhibit initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines.
    • Manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks, and switch gears while maintaining priorities.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Sales and marketing expertise with strong domain knowledge in marketing.
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to understand client requirements, and deliver convincing answers.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and team management skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain personal and company credibility, trust, and reliability.
    • Think outside the box to get the job done.
    • Be proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
