- Graduates with relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in an international process is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare/medical billing processes, specifically on the payer side.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Job Description: Team Leader (US Healthcare) – Nagpur
Openings: 2-3
Location: Nagpur, India
Shift: US shift with 5 days working, weekend off.
Compensation: Maximum CTC 6–6.5 LPA.
Experience: Minimum 1-year experience on paper as a team leader or team coach and overall, 5+ years' experience from a BPO background. Candidates should be from the healthcare/medical billing background preferred, specifically the payer side (Claims adjudication, Actual decision-maker, Fundamental cost containment, Medical Necessity, Diagnostics code, Following proper policy rules, Authorization).
