    We are looking for IT Recruiter - SAP Specialist to roll up their sleeves and work on developing innovative Solutions in the BRIM world.

    We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter with 3 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in SAP hiring. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier SAP professionals to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies, a strong network in the SAP talent pool, and a proven track record of successful SAP hiring.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • 3 to 6 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on SAP hiring.
    • Proven track record of successfully filling SAP-related positions.
    • In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, modules, and industry best practices.
    • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software.
    • Experience with global recruitment is desirable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    SAP Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment efforts for SAP-related positions, including SAP Consultants, Developers, Architects, and Project Managers along with the skills like ABAP, FICO, FICA, CI, CM, CC, SOM, BASIS, etc.

    Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and engage with SAP professionals, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

    Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring a high-quality talent pool.

    Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks for SAP candidates.

    Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of SAP talent to ensure quick response to hiring needs.

    Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements and establish effective recruitment strategies.

    Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the company's reputation as an attractive employer for SAP professionals by effectively communicating our values, culture, and opportunities.

    Market Research: Stay up-to-date with SAP market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to make informed recommendations.

    Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
