    Requirements

    Roles and Responsibilities:


    • Responsible for achieving sales targets both Sales and receipts


    • Responsible for visibility in outlets.


    • Responsible for Identifying new customer


    • Negotiate with B2B customers, sign the agreement, and drive volume.


    • Renewal yearly contracts with B2B customers.


    • Responsible for increasing area distribution by outlet and geographical expansion.


    • Responsible for SKU-wise penetration in the given geographical state for all SKUs as per company policy.


    • Identify new areas of development in the given territory.


    • Taking care of High-Volume Accounts (Top Customers).


    • Responsible for market share and execution.


    • Dealing with consumer complaints effectively upholding product values and integrity.


    • Responsible for timely reporting and adhering to company policy.
