- Takes end to end responsibility for the effective planning and delivery of data testing projects on large scale complex strategic and/or transformative projects in accordance with relevant Methodologies.
- Plans, directs, coordinates and reports on testing delivery activities from data testing strategy and planning by leading, directing and overseeing a team of resources working across multiple workstreams and projects.
- You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of IT Projects through methodologies such as Agile Scrum/Kanban and traditional Waterfall (when required), leveraging your domain knowledge and sector experience
- Create high-quality work products and act as a subject matter resource on one or more services, leveraging knowledge and experience to shape services to client problems

- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.
- A strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in a business or IT related discipline, from a recognised third level institution
- QA accreditation (ISTQB Foundation, or a similar IT accreditation from a recognised third level institution or accreditation body)
- Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in full time data testing role and at least 4 years in hands-on data architect role
- Expert in the selection and building of new solutions around AI/ML
- Have experience of tool evaluation and selection
- Have prior experience of leading a team of data testing engineers
- Should be familiar with code reviews, design patterns, and implementing best practices in data testing
- Have structured approach to problem solving and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently managing your own workload with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – tailoring communications to suit a mix of audiences
- Hands on experience in ETL / Data warehousing Process in both On premise and Cloud environment and its associated technologies such as Abinitio Informatica cloud Oracle Teradata SQL server Azure Synapse Alteryx
- Rich experience in deriving /reviewing Test Strategy in terms of Data requirements, Governance, Risks and its Mitigation.
- Seasoned experience in Data Migration testing, Data Conversion testing, Data validation in Visualization Layer such PowerBi, Cognos Reporting and Tableau.
- Possess a strong urge in the Innovation area and bring value- add to the client by introducing the Data accelerators (In-house or external) based on the requirements.
- Should be able to drive and adhere to the Process and driving the project with Productivity benchmark that is already being set.
- Have good amount exposure in working cloud environments such as AWS, Snowflake, Azure etc.
- Should be able to derive a strategy to penetrate and bring in business and mentor the team, from Go To Market Perspective.
