- Overall maintenance & upkeep of warehouse premises
- Monthly Stock taking & physical verification of stocks ---FRSH as well as all other logical locations.
- Highlighting issues of stock & batch mismatch for inventory correction.
- Proper alignment of stocks with batch segregation.
- Proper palletization of stocks.
- Warehouse sanitation.
- Stock movement both INWARD & OUTWARD.
- Ensuring pick pack & time bound secondary dispatches to stockiest.
- Maintaining of records –HOUSEKEEPING, AMC, PEST CONTROL SERVICES , FIRE SERVICES & COMPLIANCE, WEIGHT BALANCE CALIBRATION .
- Managing & leading team of warehouse employees (peon & packer)
- Breakage / expiry physical verification lead & dispatch to VAPI
- NEPAL DISPATCH
- COORDINATING DISPATCH & DELIVERY
- GRN of all inbound shipments in S/4 HANA.
