- Define the overall OCM strategy and leading delivery efforts for each facet of OCM.
- Lead all change management activities for key OCM work streams across ERP implementations and major transformations.
- Oversee and provide hands-on support in the leadership of the OCM team(s).
- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change.
- Create and implement highly effective change management strategies and plans that maximize employee engagement, adoption and usage of new technologies.
- Focus on ensuring smooth transitions, enhancing end-user adoption, and maximizing proficiency in the new SAP environment.
- Develop and execute a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plan, stakeholder management plan, workforce transition plan, training plan and change readiness plan
- Identify potential change risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, present findings and recommended interventions
- Aligning vision, values and culture through targeted change efforts, sponsor commitment, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and other strategic interventions
- Defining mitigation approach and measures to ensure organizational and user engagement and readiness that are incorporating these into actionable OCM plans and deliverables: for example communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Owning and driving the implementation of above mentioned OCM plans
- Building an active change agent network to cascade necessary sponsorship and ensure engagement, readiness and adoption objectives are achieved
- Working with project teams to identify and align the people or change success criteria, metrics and KPIs, which are then used for the basis of your data-driven OCM strategy
- Tracking and reporting progress and risks to the successful implementation of your OCM strategy
- Consulting and coaching project teams, sponsors, change agents, also line managers and supervisors when necessary
- Partnering with HR when necessary to ensure that needed changes are supported by HR processes and structures
- 15 years change management experience with major ERP systems, SAP preferred Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies; Familiarity with program/project management methods, tools and phases of the project lifecycle Demonstrated ability to sell change management services
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
